Got questions about your visit to Northwood Skin and Body? Here are answers to the most common enquiries about bookings, salon policies, hours, and more—so you can feel confident before your appointment.

  • It pays to. You are more than welcome to walk in and take your chances, but booking ahead ensures you don’t miss out—especially for popular treatments like facials, waxing, and massage.

  • We ask that you give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This helps me keep things running smoothly and offer the space to another client.

  • We only exchange or refund goods in resaleable condition, i.e. unopened and unused. Goods must be returned within 5 days of purchase. Please contact me before returning an item so I can help you through the process.

    • Monday – Closed

    • Tuesday – 9am to 4pm

    • Wednesday & Thursday – 9am until late

    • Friday – 9am to 2.30pm

    • Saturday – 8.30am to 1.30pm

  • To ensure you get the most out of your time with me, and in consideration of other clients, I respectfully request that you make arrangements for your children to be cared for during your appointment.

  • Northwood Skin and Body is based in Northwood, Christchurch, with easy access from Belfast, Casebrook, Redwood, Marshland and surrounding areas. Parking is available nearby, making your visit convenient and stress free.
